Description
Solar-Safe Transfer Switch, by MySite Energy
This Service Entrance rated 200A transfer switch provides capability for fire department to switch off the utility feed and solar inverter output power at one location. This is one of the few switches that ensure maximum protection to first responders.
The Intelligent Transfer Switch monitors the single phase electricity coming from the utility, sensing when the power fails or drops below an acceptable level. The built-in the circuit automatically connects the load circuits to the solar inverter load.
The solar supply your home is maintained until the utility power is restored. When the utility power is restored, the transfer switch automatically transfers your power from the battery backup solar to the utility.
200-amp service entrance enclosure includes branch breaker slots for the utility and load connect points. Breaker on the inverter output line is for supplying power to Rapid Shutdown devices. The breaker on the utility feed is for use in backfeeding the utility.
