What Is Lithium Lazarus™ ?
Lithium Lazarus™ is a 48V lithium battery revival charger designed to “jump start” dead LiFePO₄ batteries whose built-in Battery Management System (BMS) has shut them off. When over-discharged, lithium batteries disconnect themselves from external chargers and solar inverters—rendering standard charging useless.
Lithium Lazarus™ bypasses that by delivering a safe, direct current to wake the battery. Once the BMS detects sufficient voltage, your regular charging system can take over.

54VDC Direct Output at 4A (200W)
Plugs into Any 120V or 240V AC Wall Outlet
Works with 13–16 Cell LiFePO₄ Battery Packs
Alligator Clips for Direct Terminal Connection
Reverse Polarity & Overvoltage Protected
Fan-Cooled & LED Indicator System
Safe to Leave Connected (AC unplugged when not in use)
How to Use the Jump Starter in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Connect clips or ring terminals to your battery

Step 2: Plug into wall outlet or generator

Step 3: Wait for LED indicator and fan to engage — your battery is reactivated
Safe, Reliable & Installer-Approved
Whether you’re a solar technician or an off-grid homeowner, Lithium Lazarus™ is the tool that pays for itself in a single use. No more waiting for battery replacements. No more system downtime. Just fast, safe recovery.

⚠️ Pro Tip:
Do NOT use Lithium Lazarus™ as a trickle charger. Once your battery is awake, unplug the AC input and allow your inverter or charge controller to take over.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work if my battery’s BMS has shut off?
Yes. This unit is specifically designed to bring lithium batteries back online after the BMS has disconnected due to over-discharge. It delivers a safe, low-current charge to restore voltage and re-enable charging.
What kind of batteries is this compatible with?
It’s made for 48V lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries, typically ranging from 45V to 54V. That includes most 48V solar battery banks, rack-mounted systems, and mobile setups like RVs and tiny homes.
Does it require any special setup?
No special tools or configuration are needed. Just plug the unit into a 120V or 240V outlet, connect the alligator clips to the battery terminals, and let it run. Most batteries begin responding within minutes.
How long should I leave it connected?
Time depends on how deeply the battery is discharged. In most cases, 15 to 30 minutes is enough to bring the voltage above the BMS cutoff so your regular charger can take over.
Is it safe to use on my system?
Yes. The unit is internally protected against overcurrent and overvoltage. It’s engineered for controlled, low-amp output—ideal for waking up lithium batteries without stressing them.
Can I use this instead of a regular charger?
No. This tool is designed to “jump” batteries that can’t accept a charge due to low voltage. Once the battery is awake, switch to your standard charger to continue charging as normal.
Will this work on lead-acid batteries or other chemistries?
This jump starter is tuned for 48V lithium (LiFePO₄) systems. It is not intended for use with lead-acid, AGM, or other battery types and may not work properly with them.
What’s included in the box?
You’ll receive the jump starter unit with attached alligator clips and a standard AC power cord. Optional carrying case and extended leads are available separately.
Do I need to disconnect the battery from my system before using this?
Yes, we recommend disconnecting the battery from any inverter, load, or charger before use to ensure the safest and most effective jump-start process.
