Problems come when users begin activating the solar systems in the trailer. Most often the inverters fail to activate, leaving most users in a quandary. If the inverters do power on properly, most users find the battery capacity is very small, causing the batteries to discharge quickly, even under a small load.

Solar System Functional testing. We attempt to exercise all electrical features of the trailer, including:
Solar system AC power output, battery voltage and load capacity
Light Functionality
Generator operation
Solar power generation and charging operation
Upgrade packages:
1) Solar Equipment Upgrade, replacing obsolete charge controllers and inverters with a single 10kW all-in-one solar inverter. Standard wiring and cables are included. Solar modules are re-wired to use high voltage inverter inputs. Output is 120/240vac.
2) Generator input wiring from connector to inverter input.
3) Lithium battery upgrade. Replaces existing lead acid battery with outdoor rated 20kWhr lithium battery bank. Expandable in 20kWhr increments.
4) Solar module upgrade to 400W modules. Old modules are replaced, with new modules mounted on existing support racks and wired to existing wiring harness.
