Description
Solar class is intended as the “first step” for those interested to buy or self-install a solar system. The class covers most basic concepts, with hand’s-on examples of the various equipment items.
Schedules are normally Saturday mornings, 9AM-12PM. Contact use for the date of the next class. (solarclass@sunnycalsolar.com)

The class covers many of the key topics like:
-Calculating solar system size for your site
-Review of components and installation concepts.
-Overview of solar energy variables like: direction, slope and shade problems.
-Review of typical permit package documents
Class text book required for each student or couple is sold separately(Photovoltaic for Dummies).
